MR. M. PRATAP REDDY, DIRECTOR, SANTINOS GLOBAL SCHOOL
Equipped with a Master’s degree in Management as well as Electrical Engineering from University of Arkansas, USA – Mr. Pratap Reddy has a decade long professional work experience as a senior consultant/ Manager in firms like Deloitte Consulting LLP, Accenture, and other leading firms.
Earning degrees from world renowned institutions and having exposed to some world class education only reiterated the values the institutions can add to a student profile. With an urge to return back home and to serve the community – the idea of Santinos Global School was born, which came into action in 2017-18 Academic Year.
Engineer & Educator by Degree; Explorer by Nature; & Entrepreneur by Default – Mr. Pratap loves to push boundaries and to leverage the latest technology in Education domain to bring out an enhanced value-added learning experience to the students.

Chandana Reddy holds a post graduate degree with a Master’s in Management from University of Texas, Dallas and Masters in Electrical Engineering from State University of New York, Buffalo. After spending the early part of her career as Strategy Analyst with a notable firm like Alcatel Lucent, USA she moved back to India to venture into Indian Education Environment. Hailing from a family of Educationalists, she set in her father’s footsteps and guidance to create an institution of excellence.
As a dynamic and forward-thinking leader, she brings a unique blend of academic excellence, cultural rootedness and compassionate leadership to every aspect of school life. Chandana loves being around children and enjoys reading in her spare time.

MRS. PADMINI KRISHNA KUMARI, ACADEMIC ADVISOR
Mrs. Padmini Krishna Kumari is a seasoned academician having put in 30 years of long service in the field of education at multiple levels. She worked as Teacher, as Head Mistress, as Assistant Vice Principal, Vice-Principal Administration. She has put in 28 years of qualitative service for Jubilee Hills Public School, Hyderabad that includes her working as Principal for Jubilee Hills Junior College from 2007 to 2010. After her retirement from Jubilee Hills Public School, she worked for Akshara Abhyasa School for 1 year and worked for Shloka- A Birla School at Mansoorabad, Hyderabad for 1 year. She also acted as Examiner for CBSE class X examinations. She was Head Examiner for AISSE and worked as Superintendent for AISSE Class X and XII examinations.
She believes the best gift that can be given to anybody is ‘Quality Education’. If proper education is provided, proper values, knowledge, wisdom, prosperity and other skills are in turn acquired by the child. She says that the beginning of the academic cycle, like the cycle of the seasons, brings along the feeling of ecstasy and hope. she says that she is geared to meet the excitement and challenges of the new academic year and her new school ‘Santinos Global School’.
Mrs. Dr. S Jayasree - Vice Principal
Dr. Sista Jayasri is a distinguished educationalist, academic administrator, and curriculum expert with extensive leadership experience across Junior colleges, Degree colleges, and CBSE schools, along with significant contributions to curriculum research, assessment systems, and academic publishing.
She began her leadership career as Principal of Ken Junior and Degree College, serving for four years, where she provided strategic academic leadership, strengthened institutional governance, and fostered student-centred teaching practices. She subsequently served in Siva Sivani Educational Institutions for another four years, playing a pivotal role in academic planning, faculty mentoring, and institutional growth.
Later transitioning into the CBSE school system, Dr. Jayasri worked with Pearson Schools where she actively contributed to curriculum implementation, teacher capacity building, academic monitoring, assessment planning, and quality assurance, in alignment with CBSE norms and NEP 2020 perspectives.
She further broadened her professional scope by working in Research and Development (R&D) at various Educational Institutions, contributing to curriculum design, academic frameworks, assessment models, and innovation in teaching– learning processes.
During her journey in CBSE schools, Dr. Jayasri was honoured with the “Bright Star” Award by Pearson Publications, recognising her academic excellence and subject expertise. She has also worked as a Content Developer with Pearson Publications, contributing to the development of high-quality, competency-based and learner-centric educational resources.
She has served extensively as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Business Studies, Social Studies, Economics, and Financial Accounting, bringing together strong conceptual understanding and practical, application-oriented insights.
Associated with Delhi Public School, Nacharam for a period of Four years.
Dr. Jayasri has also played a significant role in the CBSE Board Examination and Evaluation system. During the pandemic period, she served as a CBSE Board Observer, ensuring strict adherence to CBSE examination protocols, transparency, and fairness under unprecedented circumstances. She has been actively associated with the CBSE evaluation system in multiple capacities, including Examiner, Assistant Head Examiner, and Chief Examiner, contributing to standardised evaluation practices, assessment accuracy, quality control, and examiner mentoring.
With a unique blend of institutional leadership, CBSE school administration, board examination expertise, research orientation, and academic publishing, Dr. Sista Jayasri continues to contribute meaningfully to the advancement of quality education and holistic learner development, in alignment with NEP 2020. |

Manmohan Reddy (Promoter of Vikas Hatcheries, CAIMS – Chalmeda Anand Rao Institute of Medical Sciences, Karimnagar and ex-promoter of Vardhman college of Engineering, Hyderabad).
Together, they forayed into the field of education with a one-point agenda of providing world-class education to children to make them globally competitive.
