Field trips are a wonderful way for children to connect what they are learning in class to the outside world. The super market is a great place for field trip. There are a variety of topics that can be focused on at the grocery store like nutrition, math, health and wellness, and home economics. The children were asked to get Rs 10 or 20 so that they can buy food of their choice in that budget. This was a fun way they get a hands-on view of everything they learned and this trip helps them to connect what they learned to what they are seeing at the exhibit in the super market.
