Santinos Global School celebrated its 2nd Annual day on 10th January, 2019 with lots of zeal, enthusiasm and grandeur. The theme for the annual day was ‘Basic elements’ which are Earth, water, fire and air. Dr.Tejaswini Manogna, Prime Minister of India Award winner , India’s Best NCC Cadet and Shooter winner and presently a yoga trainer for Hyderabad police was the esteemed Guest of honor. Directors Mr. M.Pratap Reddy and Ms. Chandana, Chairman Dr.RajaGopal Reddy, Vice Chairman, Mr.Manmohan Reddy also graced the occasion. The event commenced with the lighting of Lamp. Director, Mr.Pratap Reddy presented the annual report highlighting the achievements of the school and the students . Meritorious students in Academics and extra-curricular activities were felicitated.
The event started off with the welcome dance on the elements of nature followed by dances on each element. The presentation harped on the insensitive acts of human beings that pollute and destroy the environment. Young Santinos meticulously showcased the damage done to the blue planet and also educated on what needs to be done to protect it. It was a journey of thriving compassion about the elements and heart touching scenes interwoven into a dramatically and educating series of dramas and dances.
The entire school participated wholeheartedly towards the success of this grand event. The Chief Guest and other dignitaries were visibly impressed by the impeccable performance showcased by the students. The event closed with a grand finale celebration by all the participants shaking legs with their teachers and spreading the message ‘Heal the world’. It was indeed a spectacular display of talent and fervor.
