The Society is the brain child of Dr. M Rajagopal Reddy, promoter of M/S Marthala Hospitals Pvt. Limited and Ace Ketones Pvt. Limited, and P. Manmohan Reddy, promoter of Vikas Hatcheries and CAIMS, Chalmeda Anand Rao Institute of Medical Sciences, Karimnagar, and former promoter of Vardhman College of Engineering, Hyderabad.
